CEI join two events with stakeholders and potential users of the project outcomes - the online platform and its products. The first one was the organized meeting of the Heads of the voluntary formations on April 21, 2016 by the "National Association of Volunteers in Bulgaria" It was attended by the Head of the Chief Directorate Fire Safety and Civil Protection - Chief Commissar Mr. Nikolov, as well as the heads of almost all volunteer formations in Bulgaria involved in a disaster response.

The flash mob happened in 6th Primary Schools “Count Nikolay Ignatiev” on 19th November 2014. It was Training Emergency, in which 364 students from 1st to 7th grade got out of the building for 2:26 min. Title of the presentation: Awareness campaign – "How to make a flash mob… and why? – Dimensions of raising awareness on disasters prevention" In the flash mob 364 students, 77 parents, 23 teachers, 4 Civil Protection volunteers and 2 Fire Brigade representatives were involved.
